Return and Cancellation Policy

For safety reasons, outdoor work can be affected by weather, access or other site conditions. We may need to postpone or adjust work where conditions would make it unsafe or unsuitable to proceed. In such cases we will discuss alternative dates or approaches with you.
6. Concerns About Completed Work
If you have concerns about work carried out, please contact us promptly so that we can review the situation. We may arrange a site visit to inspect the work and discuss appropriate next steps. Where we have not met our obligations under UK consumer law, we will work with you to put matters right in line with those legal rights.
7. Refunds and Adjustments
Any refund or price adjustment will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account:
- The terms of the quotation or contract.
- The stage reached in the work and costs already incurred.
- Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable law.
